Mrs. Shadan Tehniyat, the Secretary of Shadan Educational Society, is the wife of the visionary Late Founder Chairman, Dr. Mohammed Vizarath Rasool Khan, and the mother of Dr. Mohammed Shah Alam Rasool Khan, the current Chairman. Her leadership and dedication have been instrumental in advancing the Society's mission of empowering communities through education.

With decades of expertise in managing educational institutions across diverse disciplines—including Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, Commerce, Education, and Postgraduate programs—the Society has established the Shadan Institute of Management Studies. This institute exemplifies the Society's unwavering commitment to excellence and inclusivity in education.
