The Placement Cell at Shadan Institute of Management Studies is dedicated to providing students with career opportunities by connecting them with top companies across various industries. Our goal is to prepare MBA students for successful careers through structured training programs, corporate interactions, and recruitment drives.

Students facing the TAT (Thematic Apperception Test) round during placements must analyze an image or scenario and write a structured response within a time limit. This round assesses creativity, problem-solving skills, and thought process. Effective storytelling, logical thinking, and time management are key to performing well.
