Dr. Mohammed Vizarath Rasool Khan, fondly remembered as the "Sir Syed of Deccan," a 2 time ex-MLA from nampally constituency was a visionary leader, reformer, and educator whose life was devoted to the upliftment of society through education. A Medico Doctor by profession and a politician by inclination, he was a trailblazer in promoting modern education, particularly among the Muslim minority community.
Dr. Mohammed Vizarath Rasool Khan believed that education was the cornerstone of empowerment and societal progress. He envisioned a future where knowledge transcended traditional boundaries and provided individuals with the means to live with dignity and contribute meaningfully to society. His pioneering efforts led to the establishment of 56 minority educational institutions across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. These institutions spanned diverse fields, including schools, junior colleges, degree colleges, and professional institutions such as Medical, Engineering, Pharmacy, MBA, and MCA colleges.

The first B.Ed college in the Shadan group was established in April 1988.
First minority engineering college in 1995.
First women’s minority engineering college in 2002.
He bought the real revolution by establishing the 1st muslim medical college & Hospital in the name Dr.VRK Women’s Medical college at azIz nagar.
